It's a great poster. I think the "the truth" is an important part of the statement and shouldn't be so dark. Just my 2 cents. :)

Thanks Bryan! I made the blue a bit lighter to make it more readable. I want to keep it dark enough to resemble the shade of blue used in the US flag.

It is a great poster and message. Although unfortunately, Graphic Design doesn't always communicate the truth, often it makes people to believe in lies.

Fair point, but i'd rather keep the copy short than say something like "Graphic design can communicate the truth", or, "Graphic design is a way to make people see the truth".
Instead, I like to read the copy in the present tense, linking the type to the image, i.e. "Graphic design is communicating the truth".
