And a big search at that!

Every year during the summer holidays, there's a big outdoor book market on the city streets of 'Deventer'. A city in the eastern part of the Netherlands.

Many people from all over the Netherlands and neigbouring countries visit the market in search of books. These books are bought by avid collectors, parents buying something for their children, the next jamie oliver looking for a cookbook on salads, you name it. There's a book for everyone. Most of the people come just to browse through the books though.

This market is actually the biggest book market in europe with around 130.000 visitors. This year it was the event's 20th edition, and my first visit to the market.
