Smiling hippo

    Used the 300mm telephoto to get up close and personal with this relaxing hippo. You'd be smiling too if you got to relax in the warm sun on the beach.

      Technical information for those that are curious: I took this photograph outdoors using the Canon Rebel XT camera, coupled with the Canon 70-300 IS L series Lens, and used the Canon Speedlite Flash for illumination in addition to the large softbox standing lights that were at the premiere already.
