Pier in Fog, Hamilton ON

Same pier as earlier post. Here I tried to emphasize the scale and location of various elements such as the lamp posts, etc., and thought that BW helped add to the foggy and misty scene.

Cracked and Weathered Pier, Hamilton ON

Pier on the Hamilton side of lift bridge. I really liked the weathered textures and patterns and tried to use the cracks as leading lines.

Lift Bridge in Fog, Hamilton ON

This is the lift bridge adjacent to the Skyway Bridge on the border between Hamilton and Burlington. This is looking north towards Burlington. Here I tired to capture the mood of the fog, while also trying to emphasize colour, detail and texture.
