-take the first paved road out of the City
-at your first left or right take the gravel road
-then follow the dirt road
-to the country
-stop at the pine trees
-watch the gate...it's not hung real well
-walk through the grassy yard...it'll tickle your knees
-when you get to the little house
-with the little chimney
-and the little sign.......
you'll see a little man, with a little wife
tell them I sent you.
He'll tell you to take your shoes off ("You can wear your boots in my house, but ya can't wear 'em in my field." He always calls it a 'field'.) Don't worry, there's not a sharp object in that meadow. He picks it clean and cuts it with a sythe every 4th day. Don't be offended if he laughs...he laughs at everything. I'm not sure if he's laughing because he thinks we're funny or he just thinks we're....funny? So, take your shoes off and go run in the green meadow. Go soak up the country and feel the fresh, clean air wrap it's cool fingers around you. He always says, "Git rid of that dirty brown air in ya." The first time I was there I kept worrying I was going to step on something and cut my foot. I Iearned quickly not to worry out there.
Oh...the sign....it says: 'Breeth free'
Yep, he spells it that way.
