The 2010 Joint Officer Leadership Development and Training Seminar (JOLDTS), for all reserve officers in grades 01-04 and WO1-CW4, was held 15-18 July 2010 in Colorado Springs, CO. This was the eleventh year for this joint officer professional development and group leadership skills seminar hosted by the Reserve Officers Association.
