I picked it up when I was in Seoul last month. Also got a bottle of Geumsan Insamju.

Any tips on how to drink it? The salesperson told me that they should be chilled and sipped though the Insamju feels to strong to be anything but a shot.

i think the salesperson got it right. typically more of these higher-end medicinal liquors should be chilled and sipped, especially insamju. would be a waste to simply down it as a shot.

i would say eat something like dried squid to accompany this to line your stomach.
