Time to bless the house....

Last post of 2011.... A tradition is to burn incense to cleanse the house for the new year. (A similar incense burned during a church ceremony.) Out with the bad and in with the good! Best to everyone in 2012!

Wa-la!! Looks like Tirimisu...tastes like Tirimisu... I think I did ok! Now....will it stay together when I remove the springform pan? Hmm....

Into the sunlight ...

My baby.... His sight is so bad now. He walks right by me and doesn't see me. He gets lost in the house and I find him in the most random places. Usually I find him in a corner facing the wall. He gets stuck in a corner and just doesn't know where he is so he sits there and waits for someone to come get him. *sigh Otherwise, he's slow but doing good!! When he's not sleeping - which is up to 16 hours a day now - he has the cutest bouts of puppy-like energy!!! Chases his tail and what not.... Love.
