The is the Highway 101 approach to the Golden Gate Bridge, looking south from the Coastal Ridge Trail, taken before dawn as low fog rolled through the bay. A little while back I posted a close-up of the bridge from this same morning.
This photo was taken on February 13, 2010 in Sausalito, California, US, using a Canon EOS 5D Mark II.

@davesix - thanks, but I fail more often than not! Most times I go out to shoot, I don't get anything worth posting. Just yesterday morning I hiked up the Coastal Ridge Trail to this same spot and found myself fogged in the entire time.
