Oh, if only the car and woman wasn't there, this would have been perfect! What an amazing stencil!

I do believe it is a stencil, not a grafitti. If you're not 100% sure that it is in fact a grafitti, you should remove that tag and add "stencil" in stead. You should also ad this beautiful picture to the Stencil group!

I'd say it's only the car. The red women doubling the black girl makes this interesting. Maybe cutting away car and cctv, leaving a quadratic picture would improve it?

Interesting lack of interaction between the four subjects. Nice use of accented color. Good overall composition. Everything comes together well for an image that draws you in and gets you involved.

I even like the slight tan color on the stones.
