I'd been meaning to play with multiple exposures in-camera. This is my first attempt, and I tried to keep things real simple. Would love to know what you think. What does this make you think of?
How I did it
I lit one corner of my room so one wall was lit, the other was in shadow. This was what I shot.
I used the 'multiple exposure' feature (available on most digital cameras) to shoot 5 successive exposures on the same frame so they overlap.
I rotated the camera a little every time I shot. I made sure the point of rotation in the frame stayed constant so I would get lines that all intersect at one point.
I also used a large aperture (f/1.8) and focused on the point of rotation so the lines would be sharp where they intersect, but get softer as they moved away.
I tweaked the result in Lightroom to get the desired color and visibility.
