Left to Right, top to bottom:
No motorcycles/mopeds/bikes
Don't pick the flowers (expensive gardening)
Don't sit on handrails/fences (people don't use benches)
No taxi's (Taxi's aren't allowed to loiter around park)
No littering
No horns (or loud noises in general)
No rollerblading
No sports
No guns (military/police/MP's included?)
No Pets
No firecrackers or the like
No fires

This is all an effort to get the locals to shape up for the upcoming Olympics. I'm surprised they left out no spitting. Welcome to Digg
