I don't know if you know but these two
tunnels, that have been recently turned in
gardens, will house part of the yet to be
constructed monorail system when the new
terminal & runways are finished.

hello 'old man of seoul' thanks for the
comment.. nope i didn't dig into why they
make those two tunnels. i was surprise to
see them in the airport. towards the end of
the two tunnels they were still constructing
a open walkway outside that connected the two
together.
