Portraits

I have never seen such compelling eyes in such a young child. Very deep and very strong. I took this picture during a wedding and took quite a lot of her. This one has the strongest impact (but it sure was tough choosing it).

Taken with the 1DIII and 85mm f/1.2L at ISO 800. Available light only.

Wonderful. I think the highlights could be toned down a fraction OR a small crop from the bottom would increase the impact of here face and focus the viewer's attention more.

Great portrait. I can almost see what she's seeing by looking into her eyes. I see something that looks like a white sheet in the room. I can also see what looks to be like a couple of over-head lights in the room. A woman looks to be seated on the side of a bed, attending an old man, with grey hair and a grey beard, lying down on the bed.
