School
This was taken around '98. It's an old school house just down the road from where I grew up. Also, this is the very first black and white photo I ever took. And the first photo I ever developed myself.

Drainage
During my one year in college I would have to walk about four blocks to get to my classes. The route always took me down a wooden path over the east bank of the river cutting through Lansing. It's one of the most polluted rivers in the state, and numerous drainage pipes such as this run located under the overpasses is a good signal why.
