![]() handmade egg pasta with a bolognese sauce. i think i finally have this pasta dough thing figured out. once you have a feel for the right consistency, the dough is amazingly simple to make. both pasta and bolognese were inspired by my talented chef friend, bryant ng, who graciously showed us how to whip up a multi-course italian feast.
