Regardless of what people say, this is absolutely the best dog breed
one can own...
Don't beleive me? Try owning one and train it YOUR WAY.
Don't want to make that commitment? Spend a day with mine.
The problem with pit bulls is that they are so easily trainable that
even when being taught to do the wrong thing, they will obey those
commands.
However, the same is true if you teach them well... They are obedient.
They are very strong, pain tolerant dogs with loose skin which unfortunately makes them popular fighting dogs... That doesn't make them bad though.
I don't hear any complaints about shar-peis and chow chows those were originally bred to fight... Nobody bans them.
Look at those ham-hocks! Don't you wanna just bite them?
I love my chunky boy. Lol!

we almost got a pit bull after our beloved rottie passed away 4 yrs ago, but I couldn't find a good breeder at the time. They're such brilliant wonderful dogs! Like rotties, they get alot of bad press Rick.. and I've always said peeps have to be smarter than the dog to train one ;) heck our neighbors chijuaha is more aggressive than our rottie ever thought about being!
I love Tonka's wonderful bright eyes and smile.. you've got a great companion there my friend :)
