Part of my desk, 090409After lots of people recommended them to me, I am finally reading the Takeshi Kovacs novels by Richard Morgan. They are fab, very noirish cyberpunk. This is lined up for after I finish my Richard Morgan books. I hear it's great. I read the first few pages and was thoroughly impressed. This stuff is delicious, more characterful than the standard 12-year stuff. Slightly sweeter too, from spending some time in sherry casks. Very quaffable. The whisky cork. Yes, it's open. Xbox 360 pad, lying around, as usually. Great TV series, crappy books. I wouldn't bother. Shoebox full of tech detritus (broken sound cards, spare ethernet wire, etc etc). As of a few weeks ago, I wear glasses for mild astigmatism (0.5/0.75 diopters). This is the case to one pair. @warrenellis. Celebrity twittering done right. @KatyDidSays @gordonshumway @sniffyjenkins herself! First of the @favrd leaderboard regulars to follow me and hence clearly the best of the lot. @marialough @Kalli Discarded 1Gb micro-SD memory card. Parker rollerball pen. I never write anything. Two lines in and my hand cramps and twists into a claw. Pink wall. I haven't decorated in here since we bought the house, three years ago. I need to at least paint the walls really to remove the signs of Teenage Girl. The first two Penny Arcade collection books. Very recommended reading if you like the comic. Yep, it's a great read.
