Photogram of a fern (an Adiantum species) was made onto antique ilford 3.25x3.25inch special lantern plates from the 1950s or possibly earlier (developed in PQ universal, 3 minutes) and then projected using the Ross Epidiascope onto a small white canvas at dusk. (I haven't got a large screen yet, and this is only a tiny part of the full image.) The whole lot was then photographed with my DSLR.
To me, this is starting to go in an interesting direction: I like multistage photos, and think it is really good to see how new textures are added by the various stages. (Here: old film, photogram, projector, canvas and DSLR.) This is by no means "art", but maybe some of the people who think I am completely mad can see a bit of the method in my madness. I posted this to a number of pools. Moderators: please read the description of how the picture was made before you decide to delete it, and then go and delete it anyway if you are sure it doesn't fit in the pool.
