I-40 &Cedar Bluff---Then & Now

This is a modification of a 40 yr. old photo of I-40 in Knoxville, Tennessee posted on Flickr by bparton92. I got current (April 2008) photos from approximately the same altitude and vantage point, made them black and white, then combined the old and new photos. It is amazing how much change takes place in 40 years. Thanks to bparton92 for the old versions!
