Harpeth River Greenway

These photos were shot along the Harpeth River Greenway on a mile-long portion of what will one day be connected with other sections to create many miles of greenway along the Harpeth River. I will be creating a Google map like the ones that accompany my other Greenway photo sets.Today, this trail is a short 1/2 mile hike and bike trail that runs from a trailhead behind Jim & Nick's Restaurant on Charlotte Pike to a bluff on the Cumberland River known as Kelly's Point, the site of a Civil War skirmish. One of Nashville's hidden treasures is a growing network of hiking and biking trails that are part of Metro Nashville Park's Greenways Project.
