I updated my address online, and they printed the data out as above and sent it back on a postcard for me to sign and return. Are they making fun of my declared independence? ;-)

By the way, "decline-to-state" voters WILL be allowed to participate in the February presidential primary, BUT ONLY on the Democratic ballot..
