2009 - I'm outta here.

In 2009 I....

... got my car back. And took an awesome road trip in the cold of winter to do it.
... got Crohn's disease. I was in the hospital for a week and my life has totally, totally changed because of it. I never made a single post about this in flickr.
... saw my first Drive-In movie. It was damn magical. Then I saw another one a couple months later!
... hung out with some very dear friends.
... started selling photos on my website (notice the lack of link in this sentence)
... got a dog. We still don't get along too great, but he's my dog.
... spent more time working on my car than taking photos.
... broke into the Railyard a lot. Five times this year.
... and got SHARKA INTO THE RAILYARD!!!! It was a big deal. It was on my damn bucket list. What an awesome thing to cross off.

I've cursed poor 2009 a lot. I've dumped upon it. I've not been a fan of 2009. I've ached for it to be over. But really, it could have been worse. Looking at this list, it seems not too bad at all. Almost pleasant even.

Still - I'm outta here. See ya in 2010.
