Spent time at the National Harbor last week, went to the ICE Merry Madagascar display by the Gaylord National Harbor. Was VERY VERY cold, below 10 degrees, when I got out, it felt like my thumb was hit by a hammer. It was very painful, and took about 15 miuntes to stop. I thought I was going to take my butt to the hospital.
