But, I have to admit, I simply stole it from the Rules for Football which states:
"Rule III - Every player who wishes to take part in this glorious game, must firstly check that he does indeed have feet"
It's odd, but I checked the rules for Volleyball, and it seems that owning a volley is optional!?!? whatever next! ;)
