This is the Mortgage taken out on our house and three others in 1894, just a short 112 years ago. At about 200 UK pounds a house, that's quite a bargin.
In some ways I'm happy to say the value has gone up a bit since then.

That is so wonderful. I wish that jumbo mortgage rates pages were similar to this page nowadays. Of course, that wouldn't make any sense, but it would still be nice. I do love the photo. Great job!

Whoa! This is really interesting! I am glad you found a piece of history that relates to your home. I bet you're happy the value of the house skyrocketed. It's tough these days, the mortgage crisis is horrible. I am going to ask my buddy if he wants to use this on this blog american home mortgage servicing complaints . Thanks for the great photo!
