The Norm 69 lamp is Danish design by Normann Copenhagen.. I know cause I love all their products :) - oh, and I'm Danish.

I can't currently say what "orange" this is. I bought it as a mixture in a local do-it-yourself store. Maybe I can find out the RAL name, but would that help? The camera and probably your screen isn't calibrated, so what you see on your screen isn't exactly what I see.
Yes, the Chair is from IKEA.
I am not sure, but the norm69 was from eBay I think. But there are many dealers out there.

I have found a shop in the USA. Unfortunately currently "sold out", but maybe this helps: www.retroonline.com/decor.html

If not: I don't think there is any problem to "do it yourself". The squares are only colorful foils.
