Sign Of The Times - Foreclosure

Sign Of The Times - Foreclosure by respres.
I didn't need to see the sign to know this house was in foreclosure. The front yard was brown, flowers dying. In a neighborhood with prices starting at $700,000 homes, it's very sad.

Two homes in our cul de sac were foreclosure purchases. The upside... we got some GREAT new neighbors out of it.

That's great. What stinks is when an inexperienced investor buys 'em and rents them to criminals. We had an illegal tattoo parlor in my cul-de-sac!

Thanks Jeff! I was looking for a picture just like that! You'll get a credit!

look for it on my website

@ChrisG - I actually LIKE seeing these. I am so sick of Agents who improperly list Short Sales... at least the foreclosure is 1) priced accurately - not put at a baiting price. 2) ready to sell instead of having a 3 month waiting period just to hear back 3) empty - I hate showing properties where the owner is lurking about freaking out my buyers.

Incidentally, I still can't figure out how to tell a Creative Commons image from a non-Creative Commons picture! If you would be willing to tip me off, that would be great. I only knew that yours was a CC image because another user above mentioned it above.
