Missing Shore Chunk
The window pane in the upper left corner at the old Tweel's store was broken several months ago, and went unrepaired for the longest time. This morning there was a new pane. The mural is one of many painted onto downtown Charlottetown store fronts, a project of Downtown Charlottetown Inc. to mitigate the "abandoned downtown" feeling.
