Haha. Yeah. It's good for keeping the dust out (that's the worst place it can go). It stays in there well enough, don't think it could fall out and get lost.

I bought a black rebel for the iPhone 3g too but mines doesn't fit very well, I spent a good 20 minutes trying to put it on and a lot of my Chrome is showing and the bottom is being bunched and squished on to the screen but the spine.
