Absolutely Sublime!!!! instant fav. I'm so glad you kept good color saturation especially for the chair, doing that helped also with the piece of wood resting on the wall in the foreground on the right. The overall brightness works well, though one usually tends to go dimmer in urban shoots like that but this is just right.
The overall setting is cool, the closet door behind, the glass by the right side... the light on the old wall reveals nice details.... this is one your best (again!)
