Looks like some very powerful headlights
(Fire engine?) reflecting off the water in
that major avenue on the right. Well wishes
to all suffering from this storm - hope
recovery is swift. So sad for the loss of
lives.
Wow, definitely a scary situation for the
city that never sleeps, Lisa. It wasn't
through CNN or CNN Headline News that I get
via my Bell TV satellite TV service, but I
saw some video of a transformer exploding and
also a crane collapsing when watching the
storm coverage on the Canadian news service
CTV News Channel, and it is a good thing the
area with the collapsed crane was evacuated.
This pictures is amazing because we hear
allot of "Hurricane of Sandy" on
the news. And I know that New York City is
biggiest city, So they have a blackout in the
streets and allot of homes in the New York
City. And they other side the land is still
lights are working, It amazing this pictures.
Also few apartments or condos are useing
light in New York City they are like useing
by solar panels (what great idea from
everyone N.Y.C) if you need the lights.
