Fiambre Casolà

Fiambre Casolà by recetasmaica.
Ingredients per a quatre persones:
2 pits grans de pollastre
4 rodanxes de pernil dolç
sal
pebre

Elaboració:
Obriu els pits de pollastre per a emplenar, salpebreu, poseu-hi el pernil dolç, enrotlleu-ho per a embolicar com un rotllo, lligeu-ho amb cordill de cuina, emboliqueu-ho en alumini, estrenyent-ho bé perquè quedi ven segellat, poseu-ho a coure en aigua bullint uns 15 minuts, deixeu-ho refredar, talleu-ho i presenteu-ho acompanyat d'amanida, etc.
