Pugliese Green

... or Pugliese Red if you prefer. Jeremy Cherfas gave me the seeds of this Italian local variety with instructions to eat them when they're still a little under-ripe. They are indeed tasty at the semi-green stage but when left to go fully red the flavour is SUBLIME. One of the best. Thanks Jeremy.
