Lasagna Soup

So my cousin, Zack, stopped by Atlanta this past weekend. He drove up from Enterprise, Alabama (Fort Rucker) and eventually flew to Buffalo, New York. After a very friendly welcome by Barley, we had lunch at the EP Corner Tavern, went to see Bodies and the World of Coke, and later had dinner at the Manchester Arms. Since his stay was lengthened by a cancelled flight, he made us dinner on Monday. Lasagna soup.

I know the picture is not that interesting... but it really tasted awesome. What you don't see is the spoonful of ricotta cheese at the bottom. Yum!
