The former Heavenly Cuts, on Penn Avenue, now just a fantastic photographic subject for those fascinated by absence, loss, decay, dilapidation, and urban pathos. On the bright side, there is a building permit displayed in the window, so someone has plans for it. For me, it will never be as spectacular as it is right now.
