Are these the wounds of passion?

I dropped my iPhone properly hard today, for the first time on actual pavement. It now bears the more pronounced scars that my sister says are the mark of true ownership. (When did she become a shaman?) The so-called optical-quality glass screen remains remarkably unscathed despite the faceplant. The 3G model had better not come out at MWSF. Wait, scratch that.... No, don't. (I probably should have titled this picture 'Dropped call' or something but for some reason the orga-mecha quote from A.I. sprang readily to mind.)
