Makki Ki Roti & Sarson Ka saag

The most famous dish from Punjab,North India. Bread(Roti) made out of corn flour and "Saag" is made out of Mustard Leaves.Home made butter is added for extra flavour

this is one of the staples from village life in pakistan, too. makkai ni roti thay sarron na saag, we call it in hindko. i love that you have homemade butter to add to it, too! one of the things i miss about living in pakistan is the homemade butter.
