Sidney by the Sea

Sidney is a charming little town just north of Victoria BC. On a clear day, the view accross the water is truly spectacular but the day I actually had the camera out turned out wet and grey - still good to capture some of that rare snow!

Johnson Street Bridge

This is a beloved icon of the City of Victoria - the 87 year old bridge is soon to be replaced by a newer structure.

Chain Gang Alley

According to my local guide, this Alley in Victoria has historical significance in that prison inmates were walked through here to be hung out in the courtyard just beyond. Not sure who the spooky Canucks fan is at the end of the tunnel :P
