Instax Issues

Am I doing something wrong? I find it so annoying how washed out this photo is. It was a bright day, I shot on the bright sun setting and I get this. What gives?!

So, I suck. 365 v.2 just didn't take off like I had hoped. BUT David got me the awesome little instax mini for Christmas, and I have decided to try my hand at 52 instax this year. This is number 2.
