This is a classic floor shot that is easy to do but difficult to understand how to do right.
For this photo I placed an octabox up high to aim more at the floor and make it as white as possible. I put it on a boom stand as high as my ceiling would allow to get best depth of flash. On the floor as low as it could go was a large white strip light (see catch lights) that I aimed at the floor to bounce back up and light her from below. It's the lighting from below using this bounce effect that makes all the difference.
Flowers are from the Dollar Store and the white fur rug is Walmart. Nothing expensive here as far as props go.
I usually shoot f11 in studio but this time I expected a shot like this and used f4 to put her legs out of focus as they would draw attention away from her eyes which are the focal point.
