Took the I-580 Freeway tour. This is the 44' diameter culvert they are building under the Galena Creek Bridge. Upon completion they will fill in the canyon, build the bridge then remove all the dirt and replace these trees with exact duplicates. Yeah, right. Really, thats what they said. Pretty much.
