The police were riding horses around to "control" the demonstrators... Somebody got a small flag with Bush's face on it, and planted it in the horse crap.

haha, they used to do that around the virginia tech campus. the local police put a huuuge article about it in the paper and set a reward to stop it. it only got worse.
