The more I look at it, the better it gets...the red twists of the chuck on the right, contrasting the straight green lines...congratulations on making art out of someone's attempt to make art out of meat!

Thanks, Laser-Lisa and sarahcvv! We don't get there a lot, it's in a small town we visit when we're going to take flowers to family gravesites. There's a homey cafe next door. This place makes great jerky. We were waiting for them to bag up the jerky when I saw this and had to take a few quick snaps!
