samudra coffee and yoga!

samudra opened this morning and, not only do they have cold brew iced coffee and vita beans, they also have a pretty impressive bakery case!

and...there's yoga upstairs. i'm trying to get leff to take the "stiff guys" class (keep it clean, please! ;D).

a housewarming gift from our fantastic neighbor!

we have a really wonderful neighbor! leff and i really liked her the moment we met her. and now she's given us a housewarming gift! (she also gave us some delicious cherries that we're trying very hard not to eat in one sitting!)

she's so sweet! :D! and we're really lucky to live next to her!
