This was the foundation of a plan for a regular workout, supplemented by bicycling (stationary exercise bike for now, an actual bike eventually), walking, and eating better (and more sensible portions.)
I started this back in the summer of 2009, fell out of it in the fall of 2009, and now, in the spring of 2010, I am returning to it.
The Wii Balance Board, one Wii Remote with "Wii Condom" and Wii MotionPlus installed, leg pouch for Nunchuk and exercise band for EA Sports Active (And EASA More Workouts), and Wii Sports Resort.
I was one of the fans who lined up for the Wii back in the cold dreary days of early 2007 - I might as well make the most of it. (Yes, there are games on the Wii that are worth playing - One of my perennial favorites is "House Of The Dead Overkill", but there are others...)
The return to the workouts starts tonight. (Approximately 11:45 pm until 12:30ish?) Wish me luck... I'll need it.
My ambition will not be denied.
