As an American Catholic, I will pray for your cause and your safety. Remember that democracy may cost lives but is worth the price. God be with you!

I pray that the Burmese do not give up on this peaceful revolution. I know how it feels, because my country, the Philippines, went through that peaceful revolution, and I was there. It is only through non-violence that the violent approach of the military leaders can be stopped. Your struggle may be far from over, but as the seed of your non-violent protest have been sown, please continue to do so. Even the hardened followers of the military junta will soon be on your side.

You Burmese have spoken, let the world hear!

To the monks, use your moral authority, keep leading the people.

I pray for a peaceful and democratic solution to your struggle.

It was fun while it lasted. There's really nothing the world can do for them. Democracy isn't so great, anyhow, if you listen to heroes such as Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez as some people start to get richer than others.

Keep the FAITH...it's high time for the religious community to take the led in the fight for freedom...It's comforting to see the monks taking action. It can't just keep its mouth shut and ears deaf and tolerate the long atrocities committed by an evil driven military government. iN TIMES OF SOCIAL CRISIS like this, where everybody is afraid and just end up whimpering , the monks or any religious community have a social and moral responsibility for its flock. Be BRAVE people of BURMA ...don't lose HOPE...YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A CHANGE FOR YOUR SOCIETY...take ACTION...support the monks...they themselves cannot do it without your support....I'M ONE WITH IN PRAYERS!
