Maybe someone out there can help me.

Here in Indiana, we used to have Noble Romans Pizza's all over the place. Most eventually got kind of dirty and closed. Lately though, there's new stores popping up all over the place. They all have a sub shop in the same store.

There's still a few old-school Noble Romans' around, and if you go to one you'll notice the pizza tastes very different than the new ones, especially the "Pan One" individual sized pizzas. The old kind tastes GREAT, the new kind is ok, but just not the same.

I'm hoping someone out there can explain why the new NR can't make pizza the old way. When I've got a Pan One craving, it's about a half hour drive if I want the good stuff. It's a serious concern of mine.
