365.338 the perfect place

the new Avett Brothers album has thrown me for a loop. i've been listening to the instrumental intro to The Perfect Place on repeat, the first thirty seconds playing over and over and over again. the cello and the piano just kill me. it is both lovely and amazing. the rest of the album is excellent, and making me homesick for north carolina.

throw in the new red plaid flannel shirt, a mug of hot apple cider, and this grey October afternoon, and I end up spending half an hour sitting at my desk, staring into space while the music plays.
