Taken around 8 AM from the Västerbron bridge in Stockholm. I commute to work over this bridge: weather permitting by bike, otherwise by bus.
The towers are on the small Stockholm island of Riddarholmen.
The tall building on the left edge is Stockholm City Hall where the Nobel prizes are given out. It's on the island of Kungsholmen.
The boats are headed toward Slussen (sluice) which has a lock allowing boats to exit lake Mälaren and enter the Baltic, about 1 meter lower. Once in the Baltic beyond Slussen, there's the archipelago, more than ten thousand islands and skerries. These boats are likely headed out into the archipelago.
